Can you hold a place for me?
Once approved, we can hold a property for up to 3 weeks. -
What deposits or fees do you require?
We require a security deposit of 1 full month's rent. We have cleaning, pets, and a monthly “Resident Services Package” fee(s). -
Do you inspect my home?
Yes, we do inspections before, during, and after your move-in. Don’t worry - before inspecting, we pick a day and time that works best for you! -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Fill out a pet screening application, we will then send you a pet addendum to sign. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Send an email to Contact@ascendapm.com and we will send you a lease modification to have signed.
